Here are some ideas for practicing spelling words at home.

Have your child type the words on the computer.

Draw the letters of the words on your child's back and have them try to figure them out.

Use a dry erase board or chalk board to write words as they are called out.  Some children need this visual input and may be unable to spell the words out loud without writing it first.
