Returning Student Demographic Verification

At the beginning of each year, parents or guardians must update the information schools have on file for their child.  It is important that schools have the most current phone numbers and address.  The process is completed using a pre-filled form that will contain the students data on file with the school.  Parents only need to update information that is not correct. The form must be digitally signed and submitted even if no changes are made.

The verification form is available through the Parent Portal.  An alert will be sent to all parents when the form is available, usually around August 1st.  At that time, parent and guardians will use the Parent Portal account they set up in the past.  Parents create their own login for the Parent Portal and linked their student to the account using the information provided by the school.  If you do not have a Parent Portal account established, please contact the school to obtain the codes needed to set one up or to help with username and passwords.


Returning Student Verification Form: Follow the directions below to verify the information on file for your child for the 2019-2020 school year


Instruction for setting up a Parent Portal Account:

  1. Go to the Parent Portal login screen at
  2. Click the Create Account tab then Create Account.
  3. Type in the required information.  The username and password are not set by the division but by the parent or guardian.  This should be different than the login students use to access the student portal.
  4. Use the section at the bottom of the screen to link your child to your account.  The Access ID and Password must be obtained from the school.
  5. Click Enter to create the account.


Instruction for completing the Returning Student Verification Form:

  1. Sign into the Parent Portal at  
  2. Select the student in the top left corner to update and verify information.
  3. Click the Student Registration Verification link located in the menu on the left of the screen.  It will be towards the bottom.
  4. Follow the prompts for the form.
  5. Review all the information on each page making changes where necessary.
  6. Sign the form and Submit.
  7. Repeat this process for each student.
