School Counselor

Hi!  My name is Kirsten Mosby and I am the High School Counselor for students last name L-Z!  This is my second year at Radford High School but I have been in education for 21 years!  I grew up in Northern Virginia and came down to the NRV to attend Radford University.  I have earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from RU and decided to stay in the area with my husband to raise our two daughters.  

 

I really enjoy working at RHS because it is the community I live in and where my children attend school.  I love seeing all the students that I have known since they were little and now getting to work with them on their graduation goals as well as their future aspirations.  My favorite part of the RHS Community is the support!  Everyone takes care of one and other and puts students first.  

 

Finally, I love helping people and I get that from my mom.  She has inspired me to be my best self, work hard, take risks and best of all, have fun because sometimes it is okay to be a little silly!
