4th Grade School Supply List

  • 2 package of wide-ruled paper
  • 2 single subject spiral notebooks
  • 2 heavy duty two-pocket folders
  • 36 wooden pencils
  • 1 package 24 count crayons
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • 1 pack of post-it notes
  • 1 package 12-count colored pencils
  • 8 dry erase markers- more if possible
  • 2 yellow highlighters
  • 3 large glue sticks
  • 1 soft zipper pencil pocket
  • 2 boxes of tissues
  • Ziploc bags – Boys “Gallon Size” Girls “Sandwich Size”
  • 1   1 ½ - 2 inch binder – no zippers please
  • 1 pack of binder dividers (preferably with pockets)
  • 1 pair of Earbuds for Chromebook use. - replace as needed

5th Grade School Supply List

  • book bag (no wheels)
  • sturdy zipper pencil pouch with 3 holes
  • 3 plastic laminated pocket folders (no prongs)
  • 4 marble composition books (Ms. Page will only need one, instead her class will need 3 one-inch binders with pockets)
  • 1 pack wide-ruled loose leaf paper
  • 2 bottles of Elmer’s Glue
  • 8 thick Dry Erase Markers-all black (Expo brand preferred)
  • 1 pack of index cards
  • 2 highlighters
  • 1 pair adult pointed scissors
  • 1 package of colored pencils
  • plenty of pencils with erasers
