B'easy Thompson
School Psychologist since 2001
504 Coordinator (7th through 12th grade) since 2018
Parent Educator Resource Center 2016-2022
I committed to graduate from Charlotte Country Day School, in Charlotte NC. I also committed to graduate from Davidson College, where I played Division I soccer, and again from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for my Master's Degree.
Working with youth of all ages has been a passion of mine for many years. I have been the case manager for a group home of adolescent girls, taught high school classes at a community college, taught English as a Second Language classes to adults as well as other Adult Education classes. Currently, I volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, looking out for the best interests of children who are in court services.
I enjoy advocating for all students and helping them find their voice to help them advocate for themselves. Working as a School Psychologist and a 504 coordinator allows me many opportunities to work with all ages.
