Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year!  We are thrilled to get this year started!

 

I am honored to be serving as one of the RHS School Counselors this year working with last names A-K.  I enjoy getting to support my former elementary students as they work towards their young adult goals.  

 

I have have had the privilege to work within Radford City Schools for 15 years.  The first nine as 4th grade teacher, five as a 6th grade teacher and last year as an Academic School Counselor for Dalton Intermediate and Radford High School.  It has been a joy to reconnect with students now at a higher level in their lives.  

 

I am beginning year 18 within education and my first 2 years were with Kindergarten in Giles Co. Public Schools.  I am also beginning year 18 as a HS Swim and Dive Coach.  My first year at the high school level was to start the Auburn High School Swim team and then, I moved into the head coach role of Radford's team.  

 

We are looking forward to an outstanding year!
