Teresa Phillips

Hello, I am the Guidance Office Manager for Radford High School. A little background about me...

I graduated from Christiansburg High School. (yes you read that correctly, Christiansburg High School) I was inspired to be in the education field while I was a stay at home Mom raising my 3 sons. The school system is where I wanted to be when I returned to work. My first position was in the financial field at First National Bank. I started my school career at Montgomery County Schools working for Christiansburg Primary and Christiansburg Elementary in the main office. I then had the opportunity to move to Radford City Schools as the Guidance Office Manager at Radford High School. I have had the privilege of being a staff member at Radford High School since 2008.

I am now a dedicated Radford Bobcat.    Bobcat image

Please know that all of us have worked very hard to make this year go smoothly as possible so that all students will have the best education possible provided to them. We are all in this together and we will prevail!

As we return back to school, remember a few things that are designed to keep us safe and healthy:
  1. Wear your mask! This is for your protection and others around you.
  2. Morning health checks are required.
  3. Wash your hands frequently.
  4. Remember not to touch your face.
  5. Physical distance - 6 ft apart.
Let's work hard to take care of each other and our community as well.  For more information about RCPS's Return to Learn plan, visit this site:
