Hello!  My name is Megan Thompson; Social Studies teacher at Radford High School.

 

I teach AP US Government & Politics and Economics & Personal Finance.  Additionally, I am the head coach of the RHS MACC Team, coach of the Social Studies MACC and All-Around MACC teams, and coach of the 2022 State Champion Scholastic Bowl team.  

 

I graduated from Radford High School in 2007 and continued my studies at Roanoke College where I majored in History and minored in Secondary Education.  I returned to my roots in Radford in 2015 because it is a close-knit school with a stellar reputation.  The 2022-2023 school year will be my 8th at RHS.
