I committed to graduate from Brauer College High School in 1992. I also committed to graduate from William Angliss College in 1995 with a culinary arts degree. I then went on to work as a chef until 2002. In 2002 I committed to graduate from The Warrnambool College of TAFE with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. In 2004 my wife and I moved to the United States where I committed to graduate in 2012 from the University of Houston Victoria with a Bachelors in Education.

What I remember most about elementary school is being in a very small school. My sixth grade class had only 12 students and we had to share a classroom with the 4th and 5th graders. The school was actually an old house that had been converted and the principal and assistant principal were also our teachers.

This year I am so excited to be able to incorporate more STEAM lessons into my classroom. There are so many great opportunities out there for our students. All we have to do is give them the right tools and support then watch them succeed.
