These are just two of the questions we’re hoping to answer across the Commonwealth through the 2025 Virginia Community Engagement Index (VCEI). The VCEI is a comprehensive study to understand the state of service, volunteerism, and civic action in Virginia, and to identify community priorities. LIFT UP AmeriCorps Tutoring Program is partnering with Serve Virginia to ensure that voices from Carroll County, Patrick County, Smyth County, Galax City and Radford City are heard and that our community is represented in the survey.
